Mike is an influential business transformation leader, writer, speaker and guest lecturer, with nearly thirty years experience across a range of sectors and territories – including, EU, US, Canada, South Africa, Asia, and UK.

An engineering graduate and MBA, Mike brings a unique fusion of business, commercial, technical and sustainability expertise – focused on delivering long-term, sustainable value.

Comfortable in the board room, at strategic and operational levels: Mike has worked on major construction & engineering projects such as Heathrow’s Terminal 5 and the British Airways London Eye, has designed & built supply chain transformation programmes for blue-chip clients, and has developed new systems for sustainable business & economy.

Mike is CEO with Earthshine – a business consultancy/think-tank that integrates sustainability principles into the heart of business strategy and operations – enabling sustainable business success and the transition to a sustainable & low carbon economy.
