Dirk Sampselle is Founding Partner at B Revolution Consulting, a benefit corporation consulting firm that helps social entrepreneurs structure, fund, and market their social enterprises. Dirk and his team have collectively structured hundreds of social enterprises and raised over $10 million in startup capital for sustainable businesses. He is an expert in the benefit corporation legal entity and business strategy for mission-driven enterprises.
A former intern with B Lab’s public policy team, Dirk is also one of the three initial drafting authors of B Lab’s Benefit Corporation White Paper, the legislative memorandum that is used to educate legislators on the benefit corporation legal form.
Dirk is a Dean’s Scholar Juris Doctorate and MBA Candidate at Pepperdine University in Malibu, Ca., where he will receive a Certificate in Socially, Environmentally, and Ethically Responsible Business under Dr. Michael Crooke, former CEO of Patagonia. Prior to attending graduate school, Mr. Sampselle founded and ran Citizens for Social Justice, a 501(c)3, which provides transitional housing and educational rehabilitation services to the homeless population of Gainesville, Fla.
